ご予約期限/Reservation Deadline
当店は予約優先性としており、ご予約無しでもご来店いただけます。ただし、不定休ですので、確実に利用したいという場合には前日までのご予約をお願い致します。
Our shop operates on a reservation priority basis, and you are welcome to visit without a reservation. However, as our days off are irregular, we recommend making a reservation by the day before if you want to ensure your visit.
体験について（時間）/Regarding the Experience (Duration)
体験の受付時間は9:00～16:00を予定しております。
The reception hours for the experience are scheduled from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
催行人数・会場について/About the Number of Participants and Venue
一度の体験の催行人数は1~20名様です。/The number of participants for one session of the experience ranges from 1 to 20 people.
その他特記事項/Other Special Notes
- ４才以下のお子様は無料でご参加いただけますが、体験希望の場合は小人料金でお申し込み下さい。
- 無料でエプロンの貸出を行っています。ご自身でお持ちいただいても結構です。ただ、お子様用のエプロンの用意はありません。必要であればご持参ください。
- すべてのお部屋はお座敷の席になります。ご希望の方には座椅子をご利用頂けますのでお気軽にお申し付けください。（数に限りがございます。）
- 見学のみのご参加はご遠慮ください。
- ご予約時にご来店される人数を年齢区分（大人、子供、幼児）別に正確にお伝えください。お伝えいただいた人数よりも多くご来店された場合は、ご予約の都合上店内へご案内できない場合がございます。
- 体験の様子をHPやSNSに投稿するために、お客様の了承を得てから写真撮影を行う場合があります。
- Children under the age of 4 can participate for free, but if they wish to partake in the experience, please apply at the child rate.
- Aprons are available for free rental. You are also welcome to bring your own, however, please note that we do not have aprons for children. If necessary, please bring one for your child.
- All rooms have tatami mat seating. Floor chairs are available upon request, so please feel free to ask. (There is a limited number available.)
- Participation for observation only is kindly discouraged.
- When making a reservation, please accurately inform us of the number of visitors, categorized by age (adult, child, infant). If more people arrive than the number reported, we may not be able to accommodate your group inside the facility due to reservation constraints.
- We may take photographs for posting on our website or social media with the customer’s consent.

お問い合わせはLINE＠・お電話からお問い合わせ可能です。
お支払いは、会場にて現金またはカードでのお支払いとなります。（VISA・mastercard・AMERICAN EXPRESS）
Inquiries can be made through LINE@ or by phone. Payments can be made at the venue in cash, by card, or via QR code payment (VISA, Mastercard, AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted).
〈キャンセルポリシー〉/Cancellation policy
申し込んだ予約をキャンセルされる場合は、弊社キャンセルポリシーに基づきキャンセル料が発生いたします。申し込み前に必ずご確認ください。
ご予約日９日前よりキャンセル料が発生致します。
If you cancel a reservation you have made, a cancellation fee will be incurred in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please make sure to check this policy before applying. Cancellation fees will apply from 9 days prior to the reservation date.

- 開催当日～前日…100％
- 開催２日～９日前…50％
- それ以前のキャンセル…無料
キャンセルの場合、銀行振込によるご返金で手数料を差し引いた金額になります。
また、万が一遅刻される場合は必ずご連絡をお願いいたします。場合によっては参加不可となる場合もございますが、料金の払い戻しは致しません。
- No-show cancellation: 100%
- Cancellation on the day of the event or the day before: 100%
- Cancellation 2 to 9 days before the event: 50%
- Cancellation earlier than that: Free
In the case of cancellation, the refund will be made via bank transfer with the fees deducted.
Additionally, if you are going to be late, please be sure to contact us. Depending on the circumstances, you may not be able to participate, and no refunds will be issued.
